What is this on my M41?

I applied Ultimate earth wash over Future (not a good idea) and after I wiped the dried wash off I sprayed it with Vallejo satin finish. It dried with a weird haze to it. Any ideas?

Do you mean on the decals? That looks like silvering to me

No, I'm talking about the paint/clear. It looks cloudy and hazy. I don't know if the satin finish has gone bad or if it didn't sit well with the Ultimate wash or the Future. I'm going to try a different brand clear and see if it helps. If not, I'll probably make a winter wash out if it, LOL!
