What do you think about reinforcing landing gear before attaching the gears to the model and how would you go about doing it? I ran into a broken gear due to cats, I used bored a hole in the gear and put a sewing pin into it.
Also I live in an apartment and build models in the living room, due to space. How would you deal with storing an incomplete model in order to keep the cats out?

When will the draws be taking place for the 'Monthly Free Prize Draw' ?

I have watched the weekly live shows since the end of January and not seen that one mentioned....

The February one has been posted this morning by Lee and it still says;

"To win these fantastic prizes all you need to do is post below with something like "count me in" or some such and the winners will be drawn out of a hat (online number generator), it's that simple! The draw is open to all our members from all around the World

So, get your names down and we will draw the winners names on next month's ISM News Show
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw. Any unclaimed prizes will go towards this years MEGA Prize Draw"

But I understand there will be no more News Shows!!

Not really a question for the live to be fair.

lee is dealing with the prize draws as he does with the gb reveals so its down to when he finds time to do them, ive been told he plans to do it this week

Thanks for the update... I realise & accept might be the wrong place but last time I saw was told some stuff was to be covered in the Live Friday shows or with the 'ISM Update' but not seen one of those as yet ..... and it said today to be drawn in the News Show!! and didn't seem anywhere else suitable to ask...

I am working on a new aircraft model kit and the paint callouts on the engine is black and silver. Should I paint the black first and then the silver or the silver then the black. Also, I plan on priming in black, then silver and then the black. Pertaining to the engine would you recommend a gloss, semi-gloss or flat black for the black parts? Thanks in advance.
