Tornado ECR?

My cold war history isn't what it should be so I thought I'd better check - Would a Luftwaffe Panavia Tornado ECR be allowed? As far as I can tell they were delivered in May 1990 so I think they should just scrape in date wise, is that right?

I guess so, the British Tornadoes were in service by the late 80's so they count. Not sure when the Luftwaffe first went operational with theirs. If you have found a reference stating 1990 then I would assume that is ok.

Cheers Gav. I've made a start on it so I'll post up the progress so far but the more I think about it the less eligible I think it may be... But if I say why on here it'll ruin the surprise!
