1/32 Revell Tornado ECR Tiger Meet

Hi All

I have got hold of one of these kits cheap and it will be my first large scale aircraft and a test for future 1-32 aircraft that are in my stash.

I only have one question does anyone know what the colour call out would be if I want to make the kit as a British Tornado.

I know it might not be an exact replica for the British Tornado but I don’t like the look of the Tornado in black.

When I did mine I used Medium Sea Grey for the main upper colour, Dark Sea Grey for the nose cone and (I think) Sky Grey for the underside

I am the opposite of you. LOL I LOVE the look of the Tornado in that scheme. This is a great kit, and will build out nicely regardless of the scheme you use.

Did you want to do the standard scheme, or the Gulf War scheme? Or the green and gray scheme? There are a lot of schemes to choose from.

I have this one in my stash. It has the decals for a Desert Storm plane. I love that desert pink color. And it give you a chance to weather the snot out of it as the paint jobs were not the best. They chipped and got filthy. You can have a lot of fun with it.
