Good evening happy modellers?

Here is my almost completed Airfix 1/144 Airbus A.300, it still needs aerials but I’ve done enough work on it for one day. It is dressed up in the Air Niugini (New Guinea in English) 'Bird of Paradise' scheme from the Hawkeye decal sheet. The corogard panels on the wings are from the now unavailable Liveries Unlimited set. As usual, the grey is my own Airbus grey, the white is Tamiya Pure White sprayed over several white undercoats and the metallics are from decanted Tamiya rattle cans, mostly TS-83.

1/32 Kittyhawk OV-10A Bronco.

No real issues with priming in Ultimate Black Primer and topcoating using a black basing type technique with MRP-242 Sky Grey (FS36473). Walkway sprayed through the new Gunze Mr Airbrush PS-770 bought from Paul using MRP-114 Extra Dark Sea Grey (WWII) and decalling started. Weird but I'm rather enjoying this build :shhh:

A couple from me this week. On the left is Meng's 1/35 Jagdpanther with moveable suspension which is going together well so far, although the instructions could be clearer in a couple of places. On the right is a 1970 Airfix Saab Draken which went together as you'd expect; the box (1989) says "Build the Dream" so I can only assume this dream involved lots of filler. Anyway the main reason for having a go with this aside from curing a bout of nostalgia was to try out the Hataka Orange Line paints on the upper surfaces. They sprayed really well but looked a little dark. Next up we'll see if the decals will stay together :) This update has been brought to you by Deluxe Materials Perfect Plastic Putty.
