Post by Paul »

Great simple kit that went together with no real issues, very simple kit but enjoyable too.
Tamiya LP paints used throughout and they look amazing

* Fujimi 1/24 Ford GT40 Mk II
* Primed in Tamiya pink primer
* Base painted in Tamiya LP-21
* Barrier cleared with Tamiya LP-9
* Renaissance decals
* Prorange 2k Clear
* Wheels Tamiya LP-62
* Engine, exhausts and brakes etc Tamiya LP-11 & 19
* Novus and micromesh polished

Beautiful GT40!! Looks amazing... I've got the Fujimi 917K Porsche, how is the fit and decals compared to, say, a Tamiya kit?? I'm kinda nervous to start it.

This one is spot-on though! :thumb1:

All of us do time in the gutter, Dreamers turn to look at the cars.

On the Bench: Fujimi Porsche 911 GT3 x2 - Flying Lizard 2011 GT3 cars, #80 & #81
Up Next: 1/20 Tamiya McLaren MP4/5 F1

Decals are the biggest weak point on Fujimi kits they are shockingly bad so if you can get replacements I would do so, detail is lacking a touch to but they can build up well
