01). By participating in this thread, you are giving permission for the ISM live crew to share your work during the Youtube broadcast of the ISM Live "At the Bench" Friday show.
02). Please, only post your own work and not that of others.
03). Please only post one picture JUST THE KIT ITSELF ON A PLAIN BACKGROUND of a kit you've finished this week, along with SHORT description of the basic work done, including kit manufacturer, subject and scale, please keep it short and concise.
04). The deadline for entries each week will be between the time the post goes up until an hour before Friday's show. Entries made after the deadline will not be shown.
05). Remember: If you wish to have a project highlighted during the show, the image and information must be shared in this thread, not a separate post on the Facebook page!

Good Evening All

Built and finished my first plastic plane kit in over 50 years this week. An Airfix 1/72 Hurricane Mk 1 that I found in Aldi for just £4.99 complete with Humbrol paint, glue and a brush. Not having much in the way of greens and browns in my favoured brands I decided to try the supplied paint albeit through an airbrush. I stuck to the 4 colours in the box but did use a few oils in an attempt to add a little weathering.
I must admit to finding the model a little on the small side for me now but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and detail which seemed a massive improvement on the ones I remember from years ago.
I really enjoyed the change from my usual car models and look forward to trying another but probably in a larger scale.

Hi all.

Finished today. Tyrrell Ford F1 - Tamiya 1/12. Made in 1973.
Lots of detailing with aluminium foil and wire. Brush painted. Made decals with photoshop and decal paper. Model Factory Hiro seatbelt.
