I sure wanted a 1:1 of that bike when it came out. That and the Honda CBX.

It is a pretty sweet looking engine. Had some issues painting the chrome black, but after a some touch up it should look good.

The gent I'm building it for owned one for a short time, and said it was one of the nicest bikes he's owned.

Off to a good start there :th: :pop:

These were top draw stuff in their day. The 900F early model no firing, was almost as fast top end as the CBX but handle better and made a much better bike overall.

Thanks Kev

The decals were yellow and slightly crumbly. I painted a thin acrylic white over them and lots of thin brush touch up on the fine lines. Bit more work and a polish under a clear coat and it should be ok.

The white decals with the red stripe were yellow n crumbly.....it looks quite good if you don't get too close. Overall it's looking very nice. Need to clear coat the fairing and a few little bits and nearly done

Finally done. Once again, the decals brought this kit down, simply due to the age and difficulty of finding replacements.

Other than the white and red though it's pretty good, and overall looks great for an old kit.

The pics are a bit so so, but here it is.

That is a very nice follow through to the finish. Like I said early on, I really liked this bike when it was produced. Still a very beautiful vintage machine that is shown even better with your wonderful modeling skills…
