Ok lads thought I would share my build with u I went with the tamiya kawasaki zx-rr I will be taken pics but only of my phone my camera card as not come yet

I made a start on the block sorry did not get any photos it was in 4pcs took out glue marks with the mr polisher
now Paul as shown me how to use the white ak primer I now love the stuff then it was off in the dry booth

Main colour down can't remember what the colour is now lol then got all the small bits done for the block I would normley get all these on before and spray the lot then go around and use a brush for the small bits but I'm using tamiya paint and I hate the stuff for brush painting then it called out for where the head and block sit to spray xf16 so got that masked up [url=http://s1283.photobucket.com/user/leah_ ... 622952.jpg

It turned out ok then went around to get all the bits on this is the engine done and this is where I'm at next part is the frame

Ya there good m8 I can get the transformer for about £29 to run it in the uk

I think they are £70 plus p&p from hobby link japan the only thing is m8 they won't mark as gift for customs so all in all is about 160 with the transformer

Ok so I have mad a start on the frame I have been having a lot of problems with my airbrush spitting have done a full clean and lube still doing it so have had to use my kustom th its a over kill for 1/12 bikes can't build the paint up on small parts it's all or nothing so thats been fun

What airbrush is it matt?

Think it's hpc plus the one with the mac valve have got other ones m8 but only got 2 airbrushs that I can spray zero paints in dude the others are for water base

I did ring the airbrush company up and the want £40 just to look at plus parts I think I will tear down over the weekend

Try thinning your paint a bit more see if that stops the spitting

Thanks lads got some more done the wheels have been a big problem me and micro sol I will say no more lol any way got there in the end zpsa8455515.jpg.html][/URL] got the primer down and done a dry fit all looks ok not to sure on the front where it meets up with the side panel don't now how I will fix that I don't look like it meets up will have a look when I get to that bit I I'm still a novice never used putty on any kits sorry for the s@@t photos next build will use my cam set up
