Ok so update time
As some of you know i have depression, i dont hide it and if asked about it i speak openly and some times brutally honestly about it and what it has done to my life. I use modelling as a coping strategy as it gets my mind on other things. Recently it has been bad and both my builds have stalled.
With the help and listening skills of a great friend from the other side of the world, who let me rant, rave and question just about everything in my existence, i have managed to find myself again
So back to modelling, unfortunately the canopy for my mossie has disappeared, i beleive it has been accidently knocked off my bench and the cats have decided it is a great toy and made off with it. Will keep looking for it and continue with the build, just not sure if i can finish it at this point

My missus suffers from depression so I have a small inkling of what a problem it is. Medication has it mostly under control although it was difficult to get the best medication that suited her. So much trial and error and time lag involved to see which one is going to work. Good to hear that you have it kicked back into it's corner for now.
A bugger about the lost canopy , I would like to see it finished.

Sorry to hear you've been through the wringer again mate - but as Digger said it's good to hear you've put the beast back in it's cage too.
Hope the cats own up and bring the canopy back too!

i have MS and with help from family and friends i keep constant watch over my mental health. Modelling is my therapy, even if all i can manage is to sit at my desk, then i count that as an achievement. Keep on keeping on. and as models for heroes say "building peace by piece"
have fun with the rest of your build mate, looking great so far. following along.

Well good new is.....i love my partner.... she managed to find both my canopy and my missing pilot arm
The same cats had managed to take them all the way from the model room to the lounge and they were under the recliner
So hopefully now I can get back on track (although toilet training the puppy is taking preference atm to stop her going toilet inside the house which is driving my partner mental, so free time is at a premium right now
)

I remember those days with mixed feelings. Love having a puppy in the house, but clearing up endless piles of dog-poop ain't no fun!
