I think I will be going for something fairly light duty for this build.

A nice 'It's A Snap' A-Wing!

And if I'm really ambitious, the B-Wing from this 3 kit set as well!

KiwiGav -

I'd like to get in on this SiG with a Fine molds 1:72 X-Wing

What better way to celebrate the return of Star Wars!

I'm building 2 star wars kits for a Sci-Fi GB on another site.

I'll dig out a fine molds Y-wing for this SIG nearer the time.

Have been lurking around and decided I will try out some group builds this year.

I have a lot of star wars models still to build so count me in.

Need to decide between, Jango's Slave 1, Republic Star Destroyer, Eta-2 Jedi Interceptor, Knight models Darth Vader, Boba fett and speeder bike.

I have the 1/72 Millenium falcon, but that I think that will wait.

This also assume I don't pick up ay of Bandai's new stuff that is coming out

De Agostini £900+ Millenium Falcon!

Just started a subscription for the 1:1 replica model of the Millennium Falcon being issued by De Agsotini in 100 weekly magazines.
Awesome model - but will be a long build - with plenty of scope to improve the provided model. I've got the first 2 issues and have so far resisted opening the packages (but this won't last much longer!).

Anyone else subscribing? I'll need all the advice and guidance I can get - particularly on re-painting the model that is almost 3ft long.

Unlikely to be sold in Europe as Revell still have the license for Europe.

What?! That's not very good! Thanks for the info, saves me searching on the net. I'm wary of buying from Asia, always get stung with BS import/handling taxes! :pistols: :pistols: :pistols:

There maybe an independent stockist but them in but then the cost to you would be huge compared to the real retail price in Japan.

Best to look at hobby link japan and order direct.

The only downside is the possible hit for VAT (fair enough) and the so called handling fee from royal mail (unreasonalbe rip off).

They will be available in several places in the UK. Basically anywhere that stocks gundam will probably have them. Quick search of ebay shows they are already available in the UK and reasonably priced.

Just because Revell has the European license it doesn't mean they can't be imported.

Cheers, I'll look closer. My last ebay search showed most to be in japan.

Oolong count me in for this one.

Will either be the 1/156 AMT Battle for Hoth Battlescene or the Knight Models 75mm Darth Vader. Maybe both if I can manage it. :)

I was going to take part in this one with a Speeder Bike, but my AT-ST arrived today, and also found a Vinyl Han Solo kit while cleaning up my work area a couple of months ago. Not sure which to build for the Sig now.

Any Suggestions?
