From Colorado -Models, beer, and other midlife activities...

Hello everyone. I've returned to the model building hobby after - well, lets see...Regan was President and in his first term? So it's been awhile. Started building again about six months ago, built twelve or so models since. I returned to the hobby as part of a larger project I was working on in my house, kind of a man cave meets Library meets History room - and needed some models so thus I returned. Been checking out all the youtube vids of others on this form - amazing stuff- and most helpful. I like building AFV, some planes and might try some ships. Mostly - well I only - build American AFV models. The really crazy thing is I've yet to build a German or Russian model - so I am open to any suggestions. I am a father of a young son, a homebrewer - and I like combining my homebrew hobby with my model hobby, although production on the models seems to go much slower...
