What type of glue do you use?

For 1/35 Tank
What type of glue do you use to Glue the end of the Rubberband Tracks ??

I tried using regular model glue left alone for 24 hours and it still came apart.
Then I tried Tamiya glue & it still wouldn't hold.
Any suggestions would help a lot

Most of the band tracks, especially the older ones, are meant to be melted closed. I have an old screwdriver that I heat up over a candle and get it hot before melting the nubs down.
For the modern styrene types that can be glued (Dragon's DS track for example) I just use my normal Tamiya Extra Thin and then clamp the joint.

Oh ok thank you.
I guess that's what I'll have to do Melt the track together..

What model is it ? Brand and Kit N#
Please...
It has to be listed in the instructions how to approach that step isn't it ???
Some vinyl glue exists... but are quite expensive...
but knowing what you are building would be useful !
