Hi Gang
so this was my crack at doing this kit :-

The special edition is basically extra decals, which will be a good excuse for me to make another in the future as this is an awesome kit that almost falls together allowing you to get on with the fun part of painting. I used Eduard Canopy mask set which is very tiny and fiddly but better than what I could have done otherwise.
All painted with Tamiya Paints except the prop where I used AK true metal, Ultimate Dark Dirt for the panel wash, which I kinda messed up as I didnt get enough of a gloss finish in some places which caused some bleed, used some AK engine wash and oils for some minor weathering. The model got knocked off the shelf by some building work we had done and snapped the undercarriage and a couple of smaller parts vanished into the carpet and then I couldnt get the aerial line to glue so figured fate was trying to tell me something and called it done
- highly highly recommend this kit, and will be buying another if I see one at a good price to try and improve.

base is from coastal kits and a painted picture frame.
thanks for looking
