what air brush would you sugest for a beginer

I would go double action from the beginning learn to use it properly straight from the start, harder steenbeck ultra would be a great start or if you can afford it a Harder steenbeck evolution.

Stay clear off the no brand real cheap ones,in most cases they will work but badly. Also keep in mind that when you need spare parts, they are easy available and not to expensive in your region. Like Badger is an US company, Iwata Japanese, H&S German ... Depends on where you live.

I had a Richpen 113 I bought from a friend as a first airbrush, not a bad one, but then the nozzle broke and had to wait ages and paid way to much for a replacement. Then tried an Iwata Neo (it's Chinese build i found out after i bought it) and imo Neo stand for Never Ever Operates. Atm I have a H&S Evolution Silverline with 2 needle sets (0.2/0.4), but almost never use the 0.4 needle. Have to say this is the best one yet, smooth action, 2 paintcups and so easy to clean and change out needels.

Thanks you very much guys I was tossing up between a iwata and h&s I'm aussie btw so can get replacement parts for both .
