Question about Ultimate washes

Hi all,
Do you know if it's ok to spray the Ultimate whashes with an airbrush? If yes, do you know the thinning rate (I suppose not needed).
Finally, to clean the airbrush, is the Ultimate cleaner good for that?

When you spray the washes you can spray them straight out the bottle.
Just use a needle bigger than 0.3
and umps too clean it is perfect

I spray them with my .4mm needle and nozzle set, unthinned, at 22-25 psi. It will clean up with water or with Ultimate thinner if you like.
The wash particles won't dissolve so you need to be thorough when cleaning to get all of the wash out. So flush well with water to be sure.

I need some help. I'm working on a airplane model and everything went well so far. It's build and painted. Now I put on a gloss varnish (from vallejo) and uses the Ultimate dark dirt wash.

But now is super hard to get the wash of. I tried thinner and turpentine, work a bit better but it's still hard to get off and the whole model gets sticky.

What did I do wrong, to less or the wrong varnish?

As Ultimate washes are clay based acrylics water should be your ticket to remove them. If you left it long and it has gone hard you can try to revive it with a plant mister over several hours.

Using thinner will reactivate the paint underneath and turn it into a gunky mess

Sadly vallejo gloss is not very good at all, if its not a good gloss coat it will make the wash difficult to remove. If you have one of our green white buffers the green side will take it off.

yeah a few good coats of that will be perfect.

Ones water based the other is enamel i believe Stick with the Aqua gloss

Klear Kote Gloss is enamel based and Aqua Gloss is acrylic. I have had mixed results with the Klear Kote so I would stick to Aqua Gloss in this case. Not sure what I am doing wrong with the Klear Kote it just has been staying tacky on me.
