waiting to see it complete ...I assume that you have some special connection with the I-16

well nice little plane and really one more to follow ! Even I will buy another as all the camo schemes are real nice , will have to check the ICM's one with skis ...all white , should be awesome , do not know about the kit if it is good or not !

Good luck with this one , master of the 'Ratas' :th:

:cheers2:

- "Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more...."

You're stamping out great looking aircrafts like a wartime factory.

I actually tried to buy a couple of these kits the other day, but guess what - the are out of stock

Good luck with the build, I'm sure it will turn out as beautiful as the other ones :thumb2:

:cheers2:

I've got alot done tonight :)
I mounted the landingear together and gave it a wash, drybrushed pigments on the exhoust pipes and mounted them in the fuselage, painted the last on the cowling and also mounted machineguns and venturi probe :)

I used a mix of oils as a wash on the landingear doors

A 50/50 mix of dark brown and black

Image
Image
Image

On the exhoust pipes I used Mig productions old rust and soot and fixed it with white spirit.

Image

The silver ring on the cowling was painted with a silver pencil from Pilot :)

And this is how it looks with the machinegun mounted :)

I hope I will finish it tomorrow :)
