The Shadow Build

This is a shadow build of Cyber-hobby's Jagdpanzer IV A/0 that I built with Youtube's Da'Mad Modeler Clint.
It's a 25 part series of an armour build from beginning to end.
It took 4 months to complete the series and over 25 hours of build time in total.
Every step and every method that I usually use to build a piece of armour is demonstrated more or less.
These are my methods, so I'm not claiming that they're the right way to do things or that they're the only way to do things.
They're just how I do things.
Clint asked me to do this for him and youtube, but I wanted to share it here with you fine folks.
You also get the sneak preview of the end.
ahaha. I'm not releasing the last three vids until the end of the week. The last three plus the slide show are still unlisted.
So no sharin until then. :)

Here is the link to the entire play list,

Mike you absolute legend!!!

Can't thank you enough for taking the time to do these vids - I'm going to savour every single minute and try to absorb as much of your modelling genius as possible in the hope that just a small smidgen might brush off on me!

As my wise old Grandpops used to tell me, "You've got two ears son so that you can listen twice as hard!"

Or something like that - wasn't really listening!!!! ;)

As someone who is just about to start his first armour kit in 20 plus years, this is invaluable!

Also love your 1/16 Tiger videos - makes me want to go out and get one (but can't hide that box from the missus, she already suspects I have too many kits as it is!)

I gave up hiding mine from my better half ages ago.
It's money that I'm spending so she's cool with it.

I tried for 70 Paul, but I'm not as young as you.

Holy Shmoley! That's a lot of hours of viewing time you developed there.....I was looking on Netflix last night for something to watch and couldn't decide on anything, I know what I'll watch every night while sitting up I bed. I hope to get to learn some painting and weathering techniques that I can begin to apply to my aircraft builds.

Thanks for sharing!

Cheers,

Martin
