1/35 Churchill Mark VII with British Infantry Dio Reveal

Post by rodrant »

Here is my reveal of this Build .

Must say that I like the final result , it was a pleaseant and learning build again , enjoyed very much and will do more in the future !

Well enough said here are the Photos , again must say that Photos aren't one of my skills for sure

Final words on the Build : On the Tank I wasn't sure of the steps and make some building mistakes , the tracks I painted after placing them , the instructions weren't very clear on this ! Didn't fill and build the buildings with patience and didn't fill the gaps properly , still learn something on it . The figures are good in my opinion ...well that 'shades' aren't that well , more carefull on choosing the colors to do this . But I'm very happy with the overall result , it will be an nice adition to my little model collection .Must get a proper wood base , seems that I must buy the wood and make it myself , in some future ...

And sorry about the 'massive' photos taken , I get enthusiastic with this ....

The Building thread is here

Hope that You like it , Thank you for watching , comments , critics will be very wellcome !
Cheers ,
António

Looks fabulous to me, Antonio! I love the pictures that are taken low down at street level, they give you the feeling of being there and more realistic than viewed afar. :) :thumb1: :thumb1:

Very impressive build Antonio. :th: A massive project.

I think the infantry patrol is my favourite bit. Hat's off to your figure painting skills.

Great work which only makes my dio all the harder to make now you have set the bar so high :bash:

Great figure painting lol without doubt I won't be matching that.

That's a massive amount of work António to be taken on.
Excellent stuff.
Learning as you build through something like that has so many rewards that they're difficult to count.
All of your future work will be influenced by this build and what you've learned. I'd call that a success.
Well done.

Thank you a lot guys , coming from you means a lot , !
Yes for my first diorama build with figures and so , I enjoy doing all this stuff , maybe now I wouldn't choose such a big Diorama , almost there was some time in that I give up doing it , but now that is finished , I like a lot of all that I've done, covering much aspects of moddeloing , and to me it is what matters , to be able to finish it and like I imagine it in the first time ...

Now I'm ready for more AFV and Infantry (British again :th:) but for the WWI SiG, nobody stop me now

:cheers2:
